Yes, you can pick up the equipment yourself. We can also deliver it and pick it up for you. We strive to be the easiest and most convenient equipment rental service available, so it is entirely whatever works best for you, our valued customer.

Our headquarters is located at 220 Townhill Road, Louisa KY 41230.

Local Delivery is a FREE service we offer to our customers that are located within 10 miles of our headquarters.

While we do our best to pick up equipment promptly at the end of each rental term, scheduling issues or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

You only need to call us if one of the following conditions apply:

• If you need the equipment for longer than your confirmed rental period, please call us at least (4) hours before the end of your rental period to arrange an extension.
• If it is not possible for us to pick up the equipment at the end of your rental period due to locked gates or other accessibility issues, you will be charged for an additional rental day and assessed a dry-run fee.

You may use the equipment for up to (8) hours through 10 am the following day. If you used the equipment for more than (1) 8-hour shift, you will be charged for (2) days of use.

• One Day Rental= (1) 8-hour shift.
• One Week Rental= (5) 8-hour shifts.
• One Month Rental= (20) 8-hour shifts over a 28-day period.
